The goal of the Ghadames masterplan consists of the following three approaches: Introduction of new tourism infrastructure / developments, renewal of existing attractions, and preservation of local authenticity.
Through these approaches, ultimately the ambition is to multiply the experiences of being in Ghadames from something very linear and limited to a larger network of numerous experiences and engagements. Ghadames, with several very distinct natural features and historical heritage site, already provides great potential to turn this ambition into a reality.
